Chris Otto, Halo Monitoring CEO and President, was recently interviewed by Brian Prows on MobileBeyond….

myHalo includes a wireless chest strap,  other body monitoring devices and a wireless gateway to transmit senior health information to the company’s secure servers. Text messages or emails are then sent to caregivers and emergency medical teams who can take action if a senior falls, fails to arise from bed in the morning or has an acute medical emergency.

In the interview, Chris also discusses mobile applications such as Halo’s new iPhone app as well as health care cost savings using devices like myHalo, increasing user compliance, medical information security and the need for strong community connections to effectively market myHalo.  Listen as Chris Otto describes his passion supplying health care solutions to seniors who want to live and thrive independently.
