The knowledge base provides information relating to the myHalo product line including product details and sales information. As a Halo partner you should have a specific login to the Halo Knowledge Base that will provide you sales tools and other privileged myHalo information. If you do not already have a login please contact us so we can provide your company login information.

The Halo Customer Service system provides a way for partners and/or customers to directly open tickets related to the myHalo product line or the myHalo service. Opening tickets online will allow you to easily add more information to open tickets, follow issues by receiving email updates, and the ability to view all previously opened tickets in one convenient location.
